Hi Izaac, if you own a HDB flat, and have fulfilled the minimum occupation period of 5 years if you had purchased the HDB flat directly from HDB or had purchased a resale flat with CPF Housing grant.
But if your HDB is a resale flats purchased without CPF Housing Grant, you may purchase private property or overseas property without worry, as you are not bound by any requirement.
