Hi Eric,

All units for sale will likely be sold if owner's price expectations is realistic. Whether to sell or keep for rental yield, it very much depends on individual owner's expectation. At the current prices, would you feel that it is acceptable for you to sell now?

I am marketing a unit for rent and sale at the same time in Ris Grandeur now and perhaps you may wish to also look into doing the same thing.

If I am able to assist you in the sale/rental of your unit, please contact me further for discussion.

Hi Eric,

I will usually help my clients calculate the potential cash flow they will get compared to alternatives they will have for the next 5 years.

Look at the numbers and see what they tell you.
Then you will have to decide if it is worth selling.

As for location, i do not see much increase in capital gain. But you should get a decent rental yield. However, i got other locations that I myself would invest in instead.

Cheers.
