i have a private condo to sell and subsequently need to buy a hdb flat to replace it. would like to know the comm i shld be expecting to pay to the property agent for:-
1. selling my condo
2. buying my hdb

Based on market rate,
2% - Selling your condo
1% - Buying HDB

Under the current ruling, commission payable for sales and purchase of property are to be discussed between the agent and the buyer or seller, prior to the actual transaction.
Unlike the past, which is going at a fixed rate.
