Greetings! Congrats to your decision of owning another property.
However, you cannot purchase a new EC without selling your existing HDB. You CAN opt to buy a resale EC and still keep your existing HDB. Thereafter, you have a choice to either stay in the HDB or rent it out for rental income. Also since your HDB is fully paid, you are also eligible for 80% loan from banks if all other conditions are met.
