I have a couple of questions to ask. Please be patient, thks.

1) I have a condo apartment which I would like to rent out.

2) I would want to advertise and find my own tenants

3) I like to know if I like to request an agent to just do the paper work , how much would it charge?

4) Can u guys give me a quotation and I will decide whom to deal with . Thanks!

Since you need a agent to help you on the paper work, why not let the expert do all.

Hi Des,

I do not understand the reason behind your decision to do the marketing activities on your own and allow the agent to come in and do the paperwork.

Are you training yourself to be a property agent?

I am no expert to say, but definitely professional to handle your rental from marketing all the way to handing and taking over. In addition, I do not wish to put myself on the line to undertake the paperworks procedures only and risk myself to undertake any potential issues to arise out from the rental.

If you have the capabilities to handle the marketing activities, I believe you should be able to handle the paperworks as well.
