I have a 5I unit in Punggol near to Punggol Plaza where valuation came out to $485k. That is a mid floor unit and not exactly fully renovated, therefore I believe you have very good chance of securing offer above $530k should your unit be indeed fully renovated and is in good condition.

Hi Boyal,

The highest transaction so far for a 5 room in Edgefield Plains is $520,000 in Aug 20011.

Most owners selling there right now are asking between $440,000 and $565,000.

Therefore, a fair asking price should be around $520,000 region, subject to level and condition of the house.

However, I though it will be best you request for a valuation report, that will be the best indication.
