I have a 3 room flat which I am planning to sell. and to purchase a 3 bedroom apt below 900K at District 15. Having spoken to a few agents it seem that the price for the pvt is hard to get for a freehold. Is that so ?

Afternoon Janine,

I have done a quick search for 3 bedroom units within District 15. For budget of $900k, there's no units available, but there are still some units available if you can increase your budget to $1m. The few projects are Haig Residence, Cadence Light, Sunny Palms, etc.

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.

Hi Janine,

You can always try searching for private apartments in D15 with the budget you are looking at and see the results. Chances are, you will see units without any prices mentioned (View to Offer, Price on Ask....) As Mike has also mentioned, if you are able to stretch your budget to about $1m, you'll still have a few options, but you may wish to question about the size of the apartment. Even for a 99year leasehold apartment in this district, there is not many options available with the given budget. You may wish to look at some other districts.

HI Janine,

D 15 is quite vast. Hence if you have decided on a certain location, i could share with you on whats available and the asking price ( along with transacted prices).
