A unit in BLK 138 (level between 1-5) was transacted at $275000 in January 2011 based on data extracted from HDB website therefore I believe this is an estimate of the selling price, nevertheless, as Joewin had mentioned, individual units have their value depending on the facing, level and condition of the house.
