There is not much difference selling now or waiting for TOP to sell since you already have a selling price in mind. It is expected to TOP in 2013 therefore there is no harm in putting up the unit for sale now.

Your asking price is reasonable as the previous transaction was at around $930psf.
As to whether to hold it till TOP, it's a tough answer. Having an open policy, buyers out of Singapore does pour in for investment. But with the current economy outlook, it's totally your call, whether to cash out now or wait and play with the cards you have.
