The previous ceveat lodged on 861sqft unit, during April, is at around $870k. Although there are some seller going at $950k, the realistic figures to let go, depending on your situation, is around $920k.
That's my 5 cents worth of thought.

Hi Mrs Chi,

It really very much depends on the condition of the unit you have. Buyers in today's market are holding on to their decision to purchase but there are still buyers out there snapping up units who suits their requirements. Suppose $1000psf thereabout should be a realistic price for units under 1000sqf in size and units bigger than that can look at about $900psf.
