I had sold my unit in Pasir Ris in May with a COV below 15K. This is because my agent said it cannot fetch a high price. My unit is unblock,mid floor, built in wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, marble flooring. Now i realise it could fetch more. Why are there still such agents? i am now having difficulty buying as COV is too high

I am deeply sorry to hear about your encounter, however, as the case has already closed, I believe it is more appropriate to move on in search of a suitable unit for yourself.

Evening,

As at the moment, unless you have evidence to proof that your agent's comment resulted you in selling lower than expected, you hard have a case to fight.
As the deal is done, it's only wise to move on and try to work on another unit, that falls within your current budget.
