I engaged with 2 agents for viewing 2 different units but in same block and same street. Agent .1 said that PR quota finished in this block and agent.2 said that PR can buy his unit. Why is there 2 different answer in the same block? Is it possible? Thanks.

Afternoon,

The ethnic group and SPR quota changes on every 1st of the month.
Hence depending on your viewing date, it's possible to get two different answers.
