I bought my hdb flat in 2008. With the new ruling, can i buy overseas property without selling my hdb flat?

Hi Yanti,

Yes you can buy oversea property without having to dispose your HDB. If you want to consider singapore properties as well, need to make sure the minimum occupation period is passed.

Thank you for your reply. Currently i also owned a property in Malaysia. If i were to sell my current HDB flat and upgrade to a bigger HDB flat, do i have to dispose my Malaysia property? Can i upgrade to a bigger HDB unit without selling off my property?
