1) An agreement is an agreement. Both parties have a responsibility to honor that.
2) From a legal point of view, asking them to leave is a breach of contract. The other party has the right to sue you to court for voiding the contract.
3) You can only discuss with them and offer a win-win solution so that you could shift in earlier than promised.
