i bought a 3ng flat in ang mo kio 2001 and sold away on 2009 thru bank loan,now i plan to buy a flat by own single name thru HDB loan,as my ordinary cpf account was $80k plus,but i had no cash with me,is it still possible to apply for it?

Morning,

Under Single Scheme, you are not eligible for New HDB units. With the current market, to purchase resale unit without COV is nearly impossible.
