Dear owner,

If you feel pessimistic about the outlook of the market, by all means sell off now before you feel that the market is crashing. I do have some customers still looking for units with tenancy as an investment therefore if price suits you, there is no harm selling.

The interest rate should be still low... Meaning that there are buying trend still...

The question is you feel that the return is good enough or you want to hold this property for what motive.
