I and my wife (both PRs) have a HDB resale flat which has no dues. Our daughter (PR) is married a year ago but her husband is not a PR. In this case, can my daughter buy a HDB resale flat on her name jointly with my name? Pls advise

No, she is unable to do so, as you already have an existing HDB flat.

Good afternoon,

Unfortunately no, as the HDB resale eligibility conditions for SPR households are such that, it must be a married SPR couple with at least 3 years of SPR status each, and both have to be legally married. In your scenario, it is not possible.
The only possibility is for your daughter to get a private property.

Hi
In order for you to purchase a resale with your daughter, you need to include your wife as the occupier for the new house as well and your current HDB you hold with your wife needs to be sold. Hi,

1) In this case, I would suggest you and your daughter buy a bigger flat under joint-ownership.
2) After your son-in-law received his PR status for 3 yrs. They will be able to buy a flat by themself.
3) As for now, your daughter still cannot buy with her spouse or by herself.
