Good morning Kah Chun,

you guys can house hunt anytime but do take note you can only get the option to purchase when your wife is SPR for full 3 years so it could be too early to start right now cause even if you like the house, you cant commit.

Hi Mr. Loh,

1) It is a good time to plan for your purchase now.
2) You have got a very clear picture of your budget and cost involved in order to look in the right direction for your home search.
3) Once you had ascertain the financial portion. You will have to lock down the area that you are keen and be certain that you are able to afford them.
4) You may negotiate with the seller on the purchase timeline if there are any flat that meets your eyes.
5) Do note that such an agreement is not legal therefore there is a risk that the seller might back out from their promise.
6) Ensure your OTP date is at least 1 day after your wife's 3 yrs.
