I am SPR holder, my wife not yet apply, have 2 kids living in Malaysia now. I am planning to buy a resale hdb flat.

Can i apply a SRP for my wife and then buy a resale flat even I have a properties in Malaysia?

Afternoon Tommy,

Being a SPR, you are only allowed to purchase HDB unit with another SPR or SC. If both your kids and wife are not SPR or SC, I'm afraid you are not eligible to purchase resale HDB unit.
Under the current ruling, you are not allowed to own any other properties, local or oversea, if you are to purchase a HDB unit.
