i am moving to stay wif my best friend,gonna rent out my 3 rm flat. she expects half amount of rental from my flat. ll the while i only receive 100dols fm her when she stay at my flat. as she cant rent her newly bought flat she want me to move there and rent out mine. what are your views please?

Afternoon,

I'm in not actual position to comment, but current 3 room flat rental are going at $1700 to $2000.
It's up to you to decide.
