Hi Calvin,

My opinion and views is that HDB prices is at its peak now and i would suggest to yourself to sell off now, else not later than Apr/Jun next year.

For the proceeds from your sale, You need to minus off whatever cpf that has been used plus accrued interest, which u can simply check it using singpass on cpf website.

For your interest on Centris, i suppose u are looking for a 2 bedroom? There are currently a few 2 bedrooms with pool view in the market now.

You may consider to rent your HDB flat if u already have sufficient cash or sufficient funds if your CPF. However you may drop me a message to further advice yourself on current CPF ruling on a 2nd property.

The 1st thing you havt to consider is the Bank Loan and the place to stay after selling off your HDB Flat.

(1) Do you have sufficient fund for your condo now (at least 20% downpayment)? How much loan can you take-up to? I can recommend some Bankers to you.

(2) Do you have a temporary place to stay after selling off your HDB flat?
