Good morning Kathy, I will suggest to apply for in principle approval with my banker first so you can gauge how much loan can you obtain. Btw are you a SC or SPR? How much cash do you have on hand? Cause do take note that as a SPR, you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of estimated 3% buyer stamp duty while minimum 5% cash outlay will be needed for purchase. Hope to hear from you soon! YT Tan ECG Property 9111 5171  yt.lovelyhomes@gmail.com Read More

Good evening Kathy, I will recommend you to speak to my banker so he can advise you on your latest IPA. Cause due to the total debt servicing ratio and the stringent MAS rulings, applying for IPA is more tedious nowadays. Maybe you can share with me more on your CPF OA funds on hand as well because you have to fork out 15% CPF OA downpayment other than 5% cash downpayment. Do take note that there is a estimated 3% buyer stamp duty too. Probably we communicate further via email, whatsapp, we chat etc. Cheers!
