Well, I have to agree that a Penthouse is indeed meant to be enjoyed, especially given the pace of life in Singapore.
If there's a downside of owning a Penthouse, I would say it's the chore of maintaining it. As most Penthouses have higher ceilings than typical units, it can be quite troublesome to do a thorough spring cleaning. Penthouse with open terraces are also subjected to the harsh conditions of the weather, hence more costly to maintain.
However, staying in a Penthouse is always about the Lifestyle, not so much about the "money".
