I am interested to enquire about the market price now for my fully paid 4 room improved HDB unit near holland village area.

Any idea what sorta pricing and valuation can a unit in my area can fetch? mine is a corner unit on one of the highest floors.

Also contemplating to purchase another resale unit if I were to sell off this current one.

Anyone who have had experience in buy/sell in my area can offer any feasible views?

Evening Lim,

There have not being any 4 room unit on sale for the past 1 months plus. The estimated valuation is around $510k to $540k. Depending on your location, I should be able to help you fetch around $50k to $70k COV.
