I am interested in Sensoria but realised that the NS Expressway will be about 200m away. Wondering whether this is a buy? Also quite concern about the nearby. Btw, does Sensoria have a clubhouse facility and how much will be the monthly management fees?

Hi Patrick,

A unit near the highway may be prone to dust and noise from the expressway. Do take these factors into consideration before purchasing.

The NS highway will be beneficial to the residents in the vicinity once it is ready in operations, therefore it will be only the next couple of years that you will need to endure the ongoing construction before seeing the fruits of it, whether reselling it or leasing it out.

There is no clubhouse for Sensoria . It is one of the exclusive freehold project in district 27. Location is quite convenient and the layout is good. If you love it just buy it.
