Hi J Lim,

Good choice to choose a FH condo near Bishan, especially is near to the North-East line.
There are not much FH property close to Bishan. Boonview, Marymount View are 2 that is very near to MRT, walking distance. Another one is brand new, just beside RJC and the MRT station.
