I am interested in a landed property that is 999 years leasehold. However, to my surprise, the few neighbours are 99 leasehold. A quick check out showed that there is a mix of 999 vs 99 years leasehold in this landed community. Does anyone know if there is any concern in buying this 999 years property? Any advice if the property price will be drag down by the surrounding 99 years properties? thanks

Hi,

The price of a property which has a tenure o 999 years definitely will be sold at a higher price than a property of 99 yrs tenure.

We specialise in landed properties and our buyers always prefer FH or 999 years.

Request you to call me on 93380071  and shall discuss further.

Hi TW,

We have seen a surge in demand for 99yrs leasehold landed properties recently especially from condo upgraders. This has resulted in an increase in value of 99yrs leasehold landed properties. As such, I see no impact in the prices for FH and 999 years landed properties which I believe is also going up north with price increase for landed properties with 99years lease.

Should you need any assistance, feel free to drop me a text via email or mobile.
