I am foreigner(PR) i want to buy a house in singapore,Is there any restrictions that cannot buy property here for which if we already bought in our native country.

Hi Suraj,
As my friends
for HDB: you need to dispose or (transfer) your property with in 6 months from the collection of kyes of your HDB Resale flat.
For private property there is no condition and as you are a PR you no need pay ABSD also.
