I am currently residing in Dubai and would like to settle in singapore. Is it possible for me to buy property in singapore as an non-resident. Will I get a visa to stay and/or work in singapore if I buy a property there.

Hi DM,

My suggestion is that once you more or less decided to settle in Spore for good, you may want to consider Renting an apartment first to check if you really like it here...

In case you are not familiar with Spore, you may not know which area u preferred to stay in..

So by renting an apartment 1st, that may helps you to make a better decision in future.

In Singapore, a foreigner is allowed to buy Private Condo.. For landed property, special approval is required.
