I am currently renting an HDB block staying shearing, but there are six people with government permission. I still have eight people & there is a request for details on how I will report.
Notes :- There is no owner living in this house.

Hi,

You are allowed 8 pax if tenancy agreement is before 1st May 2018. Upon renewal it can only be 6 pax.
You need to report six and make sure there are only 6 pax sharing.
Long term solution is you need to get another unit and share 4 each. It might not be a good idea to take the risk with current 8 pax. Yes each person pay abit more..
Even if you take the risk and get caught later, you will pay fine and you still need to get a 2nd place to share.
Waste time, money and stress..
