I am curious. Will there be more property measures coming? I am planning to sell my condo but am hesitating. It seems like my potential tenants who are teachers in the Canadian school next door are all moving to other place once the school shift.

It appears prices will continue to rise so should I just hold on and wait and see?

Apparently, the Canadian School is moving into Lakeside area. And property around your current location is still good for grabs, in term for resales.

No one knows for sure how the property market will go as many unexpected things can happen. Most importantly, you need to decide on what your investment objectives are (measurable) and from then on work towards the objective.
