I am a tenant (professional, Singapore PR, 10 years in Singapore) looking for a 3 bedroom condo in west (prefer Hillview ave, Hume Av area except Hume Park 1 and 2, Hillview Park), partial furnished. I need to sublet two rooms when I want given I update the owner about the people live in the flat always (I am the only person in the agreement responsible for the owner), total max 4 in the flat. I seek only limited furniture as I have most. Prefer direct contact with owner but agents can contact me only if don’t seek commission fee from the tenant. My max budget 2.7-2.9k depend on the condition of the flat. I can start the tenancy at any moment.
