I am a Singaporean looking to buy the penthouse in Centro as my first house. Is this advisable? How do I apply for a housing loan and how will the installment like?

Afternoon Sky,

There's no right or wrong in the property market, but what is your holding power and affordability like?
As Centro is a condo project, you can apply for the loan with banks and you can settle the installment using both CPF and cash.
