I am a singapore PR. A divorcee. A single Mother. Can I buy resale HBD?

Good morning Ms,
Do you have the legal care, control and custody of your kid? Is he/ she a Singaporean or both of you are SPR for at least 3 years? If yes, you can purchase resale HDB under public scheme.

Hi,
1) You are eligible for a resale HDB flat if you have the legal custody and care of your child.
2) However because you are an SPR you can only get a housing loan from the bank.
3) There are no grants available as well.
