Hi, did your parents take housing subsidies in the previous 2 flat purchases? If they did, they can't apply for a BTO with you. Resale may be the only alternative for you, however the best advise I can give you is to apply for a HFE, which shows you the houses you can buy, as well as the grant and loans you can get.

Hi,

1) You have to check with your parents if they had bought BTO twice or bought 1 resale with grants + 1 BTO.
2) You may include them as core occupiers or owners if they only enjoyed housing subsidies once in their lifetime.
3) If (1) is true, then you shall only be eligible to buy a 2-room flexi flat under the Single Citizen if you have reached 35 years old.
4) However, you may apply for a normal BTO if you have an SC/SPR child(ren) under legal custody, care, and control.
5) If they are unsure, you may apply for the HFE with their details. The system is able to know whether they have enjoyed housing subsidies twice.

It depends on whether the 2 flats your parents had purchased before are resale flats purchased with grants or BTO, if they did not utilise any grants before, you should still be eligible to purchase BTO with them.

Parents Used Subsidies Once:

If your parents only used housing subsidies once** (e.g., bought 1 BTO flat or 1 resale flat with grants), you can include them in your BTO application:
As core occupiers** (they won't own the flat)
As co-owners** (they will own part of the flat)
Parents Used Subsidies Twice:

If your parents used housing subsidies twice** (e.g., bought 2 BTO flats or 1 resale flat with grants + 1 BTO flat), then:
