I am a divorcee and PR. I have sole custody of my child who is Singaporean.
I would like to check whether i am eligible to buy HDB flat.
And can i eligible to apply the CPF grant ?

Afternoon,

You should be eligible to purchase the resale HDB unit but may not be eligible for grant, as your child is still young.
You can also try to double check with HDB for your case.
