Unfortunately not on your own, as you need to form a family nucleus with your husband to purchase the resale HDB and he will need to sell off his condo.

Hi Mdm,

It is possible to purchase a HDB but you will have to include your husband name as one of the owners or an essential occupier since you are married. In this manner, your husband will need to sell away his condo within 6 months of the purchase.
