For single scheme, you are only eligible to purchase resale unit. Depending on which part of Woodlands you are looking at, and the model type, 4 room valuation ranges from $320k to $410k, with COV asking of $30k to $50k.
As for what is the payment component, it would depends on what type of loan are you getting, how much CPF you have at hand, the amount of grant you can get, your current drawn salary, etc.
