I am 31 yrs old single, will like to buy a condo but totally ignorant about the current govt rules.
1) Pls advise what are the rules and any restrictions?
2) How much is the first payment? Via cash or...? How much is bank loan interest rate? How much can we loan? How many years? Monthly payment via CPF or cash?
3) If i decided to marry in few yrs time and want to apply HDB, do I have to sell my condo? Or can i own both?
4) If i buy condo under my name now, can i change or add name to the ownership in future?
