Apply for court order to evict tenant properly if you have evidence that tenant has violated the tenancy agreement. If you are unsure of the right process, you may wish to speak to a legal professional to assist you in making the necessary application.

The alternative way is to reach a mutual agreement for the tenant to move out if they are willing to cooperate in doing so.
