Hi Zizi,
To enhance the valuation of the unit, you need to go through a process call home staging, and results varies for the amount of effort and/or money spent, where I understand from one of my colleague that his client got an improvement in valuation for almost $50k.
Not only that, buyers will be more receptive to your unit and will likely make a better offer.
