Hi Richard Tay, thanks for writing to us on AskGuru.

If you had signed an exclusive agreement, you may terminate the exclusivity after the 3 month period is up.

For a non-exclusive agreement, you can terminate it anytime.

Good morning Richard,

you can inform the salesperson or the company that you wish to terminate the exclusive agreement if any.

But perhaps you might want to speak to your salesperson first, give him/ her your feedback and see whether is there any improvement if not you can proceed with your intention.

If you have an exclusive agreement with the agent, you will need to terminate the agreement with the agent in writing. However, before doing that I will suggest that you engage your agent and give him or her your feedback and hopefully resolve any miscommunications.
