Hi,
1) Before you decide to buy a property under a company you have to know the constraint you are facing.
2) You are subject to 35% ABSD for a residential property, and your loan is limited to 15% LTV.
3) But if you are referring to a commercial or industrial property then (2) is no longer valid.
4) The only thing that you need to take note of is when buying there might be GST incurred for those company registered commercial/industrial properties.
