A million-dollar question. But really, there are only 2 answers from me.

1) Don't Buy. If you are not vested, you will not lose money.

2) Buy. If after buying, and prices dropped, don't Sell. If you don't sell, you will not lose money either. And if after buying and prices goes up, congrats to you for making a wise decision!
