If you are referring to JIA at Wilkie Road, its ranged around 1550-1650 psf in 2008. There are other projects around that area, but are mainly boutique developments. Have you reviewed them? May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

JIA is a small boutique development of only 22 units. It was first launched in June 2008 and was sold in the $1582psf to 1650psf range.

Only 3 units were sold at that time. Next transaction was a year back in August 2009, sold at $1300psf.
