Dear sir/madam,

Given a choice, most salesperson will quote 2% commission based on selling price excluding GST. Nevertheless, this is not regulated. It will be great if you can discuss the commission scheme with the agent. What do you think if an agent can immediate quote you a lower commission rate than others?

The market practice for seller's commission is 2% of selling price, excluding gst.

However, commission payable is negotiable between seller and agent.
