The valuation tool provided by this portal is only an indicative valuation therefore should only be taken as reference. The value is derived based on the surrounding transaction prices for similar properties and do not consider the conditions of individual properties transacted as there is no mean to verify if a property transacted is in poor original conditions or fabulously renovated.
Even getting an indicative valuation from the banks is only an indicative therefore you will need to exercise your judgement when it comes to putting up an offer or setting an expected sales price. This is where a salesperson who has been on the ground bringing the clients around for the different properties can come in to advise the probable pricing from their experiences.
