how come optima has no members rating but hundred tree has members rating? How rating is being conducted? what does a few star means in member rating? if no member rating yet for project already more than half a year from launching such as Optima does it mean that this project is not that popular yet? Hundred trees launched in Oct 2009 but there are member ratings already with few starts does it mean this project is welled liked by buyers?
