How can we feedback on some agents who give uncalled for remarks or being sarcastic and rude?

Sorry for your bad experience. How do we define rude or sarcastic? Well you may put in a feedback to the authorities or identify the individual to put in a bad remark, somehow or rather unless others felt the same and can justify the extent of sarcasm and rudeness, it may not do much damage to the agent.
