Hi Alex,

Are you about to rent a landed property? If so, in order to determine if there is any potential for rebuilding or not, you will need to observe the likely age of the property and their condition. We cannot stop the sale and purchase of any property but in order to be more assured that reconstruction activities will not affect the area, perhaps you may wish to look at streets with newer developments.
